Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing all of my clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, I have instituted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
I am aware that unforeseen circumstances occasionally force us to reschedule or cancel appointments.
However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully ask that you do so with at least 24 hours' notice. This enables me to offer the appointment time to a different client who could be in queue.
Within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee if you need to cancel or reschedule. The whole cost of the service will be charged if you cancel without giving any notice or fail to show up for your appointment.
If you are late, I reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked, not the partial service. If you are more than 15-minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.
I value your cooperation and understanding in adhering to the cancellation policy. This policy makes sure that I spend my time effectively and efficiently, which helps me reach my aim of giving all of my clients the finest possible service.
